What is Wagil?
Wagil is a site builder. It enables flexible and easy creation and maintenance of your site.

Where are the sites executed with Wagil hosted?
They may be hosted with any provider.

What advantages will I have with Wagil?
Normally, to build a site, you need to contract a professional or a company to develop it. This involves high costs, and you probably will need to call them again to perform any desired changes in the future.  With Wagil you choose the style and the format of your site. You place the content you wish and can update it at any moment. There are no technical knowledge requirements to operate it.
 
What can a Wagil user do?
You use Wagil site management tool to create and update your site. With this you can choose a style and create the main page, plus four internal pages for your site (see commercial conditions for a larger number of pages). You may select a format for each page. You will have up to 5MB in disk space to store images and documents to be used in your site.

What's the Creation Wizard?
It is the set of tools, templates, layouts, images and programs (HTML, XML, XSL and CSS) utilized to create Internet pages for a site.

What's template?
Template is the visual identity of the site. Wagil has a templates list and you should select the closest template for the visual identity of your company or activity.

Can I change the template whenever I want?
Yes.

What's layout?
Layout defines the look of each page of your site. Each format is different from the rest and may have different elements, like text blocks, images, bars, etc.

Can I change the layout whenever I want?
Yes, there is no limit for layout change.

How can I place my images and document files in the site?
Wagil management tool will help you to send your images (JPG, GIF, PMG and FLASH) and file documents (PDF, WORD, EXCEL, etc.). You must use the file manager (My Files) or image manager (My Images) to upload these kind of files from your computer to the Wagil server. Further, through the Wizards, you'll decide in what page of your site you will place them.

How much disk space will I have to store my images and documents?
You will have 5MB at your disposal.

What's the maximum size for each image?
Up to 300k.

What's the maximum size for each file or document?
Up to 1MB.

Can I keep the images for undetermined time?
Images and document files, while effectively used in the site, are kept in this area. The system will periodically clean up non-referenced images and documents. Images and document files stored in this area for more than 30 days and not used in the site will be automatically deleted.

How many pages can I create for my site?
As many as you wish. Check commercial conditions in order to avoid mistakes.

How can I test Wagil?
Just enter Wagil creation option (Start now). In few minutes you will have your site ready for the Web. If you already have a provider you will be able to publish it and change it, as soon as you subscribe to the Wagil service.

Is it safe to submit my personal information to Wagil?
We assure a high level of security. All recorded data will be safely kept and never disclosed to other companies.

What should I use as identification, in Wagil?
Use a valid e-mail. Through this e-mail you will receive a message with a password that will be used whenever you need to access the management tool for your site. You will be able to change this password any moment you wish.

What's password?
Password is a secret code composed by letters and/or numbers that will restrain anyone, except you, from accessing your site manager. For security reasons, only stars will appear in the screen, each time you type in your password.

What should I do if I don't have an e-mail address?
If you are already a client of a provider, you can create your e-mail through this provider. If you are not a client, but wants to know Wagil before subscribing to a provider, you can get a free e-mail through any free e-mail provider, like www.hotmail.com.

Will I have associated costs such as design and programming costs?
No. Wagil was developed with tools that enable the creation of Internet pages without further technical knowledge.

How can I get Wagil support?
Support is provided via e-mail during commercial hours. Wagil puts at your disposal a follow-up system for all your requests.

How can I choose the template?
Wagil separates the templates per category. Try to locate the category that is closest to your activity, giving preference to the templates defined therein. However, it will be worth to look at the templates of other categories, also - you may like them.
